All returns must be approved, and must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return will be accepted without an RA number.

Please send an email to Sales@ThisOldFlag.com requesting a Return Authorization number. Be sure to include your Order ID number and Date of purchase.

No returns will be authorized 30 days after the date of purchase.
